We had a lovely romantic escape to Mallorca and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. The pool was uncrowded and provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast had a wide range of options and we particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee and the local pastries.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't strong enough to keep us cool during the hot nights, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. , the pillows provided were not very comfortable.

I stayed with wife and 4 month old baby for 7 days in December, on recommendation from my brother. You would not choose Randa for a wild night-life, but this was not an issue for us. Nice modern room, pleasantly large bathroom. Good restaurant (as well as breakfast we ate either lunch or dinner there most days). Nice indoor pool (outside pool also looked very nice but not used in December!). Friendly staff. Nice views (Randa is on a hill). Prices reasonable compared to similar standard in Palma. Sufficiently impressed I made reservation for visit (this time by my parents) before we left.

The hotel is in a remote spot but we were aware of this before booking and had a car. The room was very modern and had a wonderful view from the balcony.

The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, showcasing the beautiful landscape. The breakfast, which we ordered a la carte, was delicious and made with fresh produce. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings, with absolute silence at night and the soothing sounds of birds in the morning. One highlight of our stay was the cozy room with a fireplace next to the bar, where we could relax and enjoy a perfectly served drink. we highly recommend this venue for its enhanced comfort and quality services.

position, view, far from the confusion, but close enough to visit everything in majorca! excellent cusine both at breakfast (huge selection and avilability) and at dinner! the rigth place for a perfect relax!!!!

asked to refuel the bath shampoo and gel: should not happen in such category of hotels. it was raining a lot, but no entrance carpet provided for the room so water was brougth into the room.

Amazing mountain views and great food served in a scenic terrace are the best aspects of this hotel. Rooms are well equipped with air-con and minibar and wifi available in some areas. It's a perfect retreat for couples or friends who want to escape from the busy cities and enjoy nature.

The hotel is quite isolated and there isn't much to do around, a car is mandatory to explore nearby towns. There are not many staff members, so sometimes it can be hard to get assistance.

It was very good, an old-fashioned stylish house with a sauna, and 2 swimming pools.It was a very good trip. Esta colocado en lugar tranquilito con vista halucinante. muy bien en general!

A lovely hotel in a very quiet part of Majorca. If you want a truly relaxing break for a few days then is an ideal spot. However, if you stayed any longer than 3 nights then it is adviseable to hire a car as you are in a fiarly remote part of the island. I couldn't fault the staff for their friendliness but woukld suggest that the restaurant is over-priced. Perhaps this is unsurprising as, aside from one other restaurant in the village(not open on Wednesdays), there is other restaurants to compete with. Would also say that the massages are very good value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this peaceful hotel on top of the hills in Llucmajor. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was impeccable, with spacious and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, including the pool and terrace, offered breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

wonderful location, amazing views from the room's private terase, very nice restaurant, nothing like a normal hotel, especially in the Castellitx Junior Suite. Exactly what I was looking for.

the Bistro menu (snacks, sandwiches, pasta) can be served only inside the restaurant, and not outside in the garden terase.The outside pool is very cold (in september), but there is a 2nd pool half-covered, with warm water.

very nice view, nice rooms, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and the quiet and beautiful environment. Excellent hotel to make several excursions around the Mallorcan island because quite centrally located.

not really any disadvantages. I do have to notice that you do need a car because the place is quite isolated with only 1 other restaurant in the town and no grocery shop. But Palma and the beach are only 15min away with the car, so not a problem.

The hotel is situated in a fabulous location overlooking the village and the hills/valley beyond. Very attentive staff, great food and a welcome chill-out.

German waitress a little short when having to multi task, such as being asked to clear dinner plates after 30 mins!! Did'nt feel her spanish quotation about not getting stressed very appropriate!!! Only thing in 4 days that was less than perfect.
